Broker AssociateWhere as a typical Realtor holds a Salesperson license.
Karla holds a Brokers license. To obtain a Brokers License one must complete 120 classroom hours and pass the Brokers exam.
(As opposed to 45 classroom hours and passing a salesperson exam.)
