When representing a Buyer, Karla works as your Exclusive Agent. Her job is to find the right property and provide you with the level of information you need to make an informed purchase decision.
Karla is an experienced Realtor holding a Brokers license. She is a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and holds accreditation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
During the process she will e-mail you details on properties, within your criteria, as they come on the market. This is to ensure you to have the opportunity to see every potential property as it becomes available.
Karla will show you all properties listed by all real estate agencies that fall within your criteria. She will also be looking beyond the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for properties that are not currently on the market.
Karla's objective as your agent is to:
- Give you a general overview of the market
- Provide you with a baseline of data that includes everything on the market within a general criteria
- Narrow the criteria as you become familiar with the market and eliminate properties
- Ultimately identify a property to purchase
Once you select a home, Karla and her team will make certain your home buying experience goes smoothly.
